This monster cookie bar recipe has no flour and is sweetened with maple syrup. The M&Ms, chocolate chips, and raisins help to make this a favorite around here!
These no-flour monster cookie bars are easy to make and a crowd pleaser. I’m sure you have heard of monster cookies and monster cookies made in bar format. This version of the recipe is sweetened with maple syrup and also has the addition of raisins. There is no flour in this recipe so if you need to make them gluten free, simply use gluten free oats.
These bars use ingredients that are readily available in the pantry. If you don’t have M&Ms on hand, just put more chocolate chips or be adventurous and try butterscotch chips or other chips you have on hand! They are also made in one bowl and that means less dishes to wash after the fact, which is a good thing around here because my young bakers always like to bake but cleanup is never as fun!
